1. Service Description

Horenso is a SaaS platform designed to improve team communication and information collection. The platform automates updates, gathers feedback, and ensures timely communication across teams. Horenso integrates with tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and others to streamline communication and eliminate the need for manual follow-ups.
 

2. User Obligations

By using Horenso, you agree to the following:
 
  • You will not misuse the service or engage in any activity that interferes with the platform’s functionality.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to use Horenso for lawful purposes only and to respect the intellectual property rights of Promotino Ltd.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or otherwise tamper with the Horenso platform.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable third-party service agreements when using integrations through Horenso.
 

3. Payment Terms

  • Subscription Payments: Users can choose between monthly or annual payment plans. The subscription cost is $4/user/month, billed based on the number of active users in your account.
  • Refunds: After the 14-day free trial, if you choose to subscribe, you will not be eligible for refunds. All payments are final once the free trial has expired and the subscription begins.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.
 

4. Subscription Plans

Horenso offers the following subscription options:
 
  • Essential Plan: $4/user/month with unlimited forms, integrations, and extended reporting features.
  • Enterprise and NGO Plans: These are customized plans with pricing negotiated directly with our sales team to fit specific organizational needs.
 

5. Account Termination

Horenso reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:
 
  • If you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in illegal activities using the platform.
  • If Horenso suspects fraudulent activity or misuse of your account.
  • Inactivity or non-payment of your subscription fees for an extended period may also result in account termination.
 
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. No refunds will be provided for canceled accounts.
 

6. Liability Limitations

Horenso, operated by Promotino Ltd, shall not be held liable for:
 
  • Service interruptions due to maintenance, system failures, or external factors.
  • Any loss of data or breaches due to user actions, misuse, or third-party failures.
  • User-generated content and any legal claims that may arise from content you share using the platform.
 
Horenso does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or meet all your expectations.
 

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any legal disputes arising from the use of the Horenso platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulgaria.
 

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Horenso platform, including software, logos, trademarks, and content, is owned by Promotino Ltd. Users are granted a limited license to use the platform for its intended purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of Horenso without explicit written permission from Promotino Ltd.
 

9. User-Generated Content

The content and data you generate through Horenso, including team updates and forms, belong to you. Horenso does not claim ownership of this data but retains the right to access it for service maintenance and operational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws.
 

10. Modification of Terms

Horenso reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and users are encouraged to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
 

11. Third-Party Services

Horenso integrates with several third-party services. By using these integrations, you agree to the respective third-party terms:
 
  • Payment Processors: Stripe and Braintree.
  • Communication Tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Email, WhatsApp (in development), SMS (in development), Viber (in development).
 
Users are responsible for complying with the terms of these third-party services when using them through Horenso.
 

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Bulgaria, as agreed upon by both parties. Court proceedings will only be pursued if mediation or arbitration fails.
